Frequently Asked Questions
Can I store more than boxes with you ?
Yes we store all items a student may have such as computer chairs, sports equipment,musical instruments, bags and luggage (please note we cannot accept any perishable goods, open food containers, dirty kitchen utensils or flammable products)
Do I need to carry or move anything
No we do all the heavy lifting and collect from the door of your accommodation regardless of floor. Please ensure all items packed do not exceed 25kgs and can be lifted by 1 person
How do you know what items are mine?
We inventory all items on collection which are stored together for safe keeping in cages
What if I need to collect my items early or store for longer?
We can arrange early collection or delivery to suit you. We also offer very competitive rates for long-term storage
What if my return date changes?
All prices quoted for storage will be to the end of September to offer flexibility as we understand return dates back often change for students
How much notice do I need to give for my items to be returned?
48hrs notice is required
Can I use my own boxes?
Feel free to utilise your personal boxes. It’s essential to make sure each box is clearly labeled with your name and securely packaged. If needed, we can also supply packing materials for your convenience.
I'm moving accommodation in the Summer will you deliver to a different address?
Our delivery service extends to all central Birmingham locations. Please note that there might be an additional charge for deliveries outside the designated areas we cover.
I want to move with my friends do you offer a discount?
Absolutely, we can accommodate group moves and storage for friends. We are pleased to offer a discounted price to reflect this.
Can I store food items?
We cannot accept perishable food items or open/decanted containers. We do accept tinned foods and sealed bottles and cans.
